Danielle Garofalo helps brokerages and teams differentiate themselves, strengthen their brands, and grow with purpose. As the founder of Think Billion Dollar (TBD), she has advised many of the highest performing agents and teams in the United States. Her agent clients alone have collectively sold more than $100 billion in residential real estate. With experience spanning luxury, real estate, finance, and global brands including IBM, Disney, Lennar, BlackRock, Christie’s Private Jewelry, and Rockefeller Group, Danielle brings a unique perspective to growth strategy. Her focus is helping organizations create clarity, build stronger brands, and achieve long term growth.

Scott Elwell

Co-Principal

Scott Elwell brings over 25 years of real estate experience spanning institutional asset management, large-scale brokerage leadership, and team building. As Regional Vice President at Douglas Elliman, Scott covered Westchester NY, Fairfield County CT, and New England, overseeing hundreds of agents across multiple markets and states. Prior to that, he managed institutional real estate portfolios at Clarion Partners, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the country. Scott also founded and led several high-performing teams, including Fieldstone Group, which generated over $1 billion in sales across Sotheby’s International Realty and Douglas Elliman. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin’s Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. Scott believes real estate organizations perform best when they operate with the discipline and intentionality of a business, not just a sales organization. His focus is helping brokerage leaders build stronger, more scalable, and more sustainable companies.
