Co-Founder and CEO
Briggs is an accomplished leader in the real estate industry with over 15 years of experience. As the CEO and Co-Founder of RLTYco, Briggs leverages his extensive background and expertise to guide the company’s vision and strategic direction.
After graduating from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, Briggs began his career at The Related Companies in New York City.
Initially in sales and asset management, Briggs went on to oversee business development at both the corporate and brokerage level for over 7,000 luxury units for Related.
Managing business development, Briggs put a strong emphasis on brokerage relationships and the client experience by implementing new benefit programs, training and strategic corporate partnerships.
Following Related, Briggs went on to become a Managing Partner of OPTIMAR International, successfully establishing and growing the Northeast business for the South Florida based commercial investment and residential brokerage.
With a proven track record in real estate, finance and fostering strategic alliances, Briggs co-founded RLTYco in 2021.
As CEO, he continues to drive innovation and growth within the company, dedicated to serving real estate professionals, brokerages and developers seeking end to end financial services, support, healthcare and bottom line growth.
Co-Founder and President
As President & Co-Founder of RLTYco, Daniel leads the company forward, driven by a commitment to excellence and to offering a more holistic approach to empowering real estate professionals seeking growth, financial enhancement, and success in their business. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into the company’s myriad of real estate and finance counsel operations.
As managing partner of Kennedy Luce LLC, a law firm in Connecticut, he has advised diverse clientele on matters spanning residential and commercial real estate transactions, startup ventures as well as broader legal issues. Daniel’s proficiency extends to complex real estate transactions and property tax litigation, honed early in his career working at a law firm in San Francisco, California.
He has appeared on camera and in print as a legal expert for multiple media outlets and has provided outside general counsel services to numerous privately held firms and startup companies.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and his juris doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was an academic scholarship recipient. Daniel is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Illinois.
Throughout his career he has worked with Real Estate icons Barbara Corcoran, Louise Sunshine, Susan deFranca, and impactful new developments One Madison, Superior Ink, Caledonia, Claredon Back Bay, Cirrus, Crimson, Astor Place: Sculpture for Living, and 520W28th.
Eric served on the Board of Trustees for Millikin University where in 2020 they opened a new state of the art $29 million Center for Theatre and Dance. He is also an avid cyclist participating in charity ride of ALC in California and Cycle for the Cause on the East Coast part of Team Funky Monkey.
His insights and expertise are frequently sought after, leading to features, profiles and media appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox News, TechCrunch, and more.
