Briggs Elwell

Co-Founder and CEO

Briggs is an accomplished leader in the real estate industry with over 15 years of experience. As the CEO and Co-Founder of RLTYco, Briggs leverages his extensive background and expertise to guide the company’s vision and strategic direction.

After graduating from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, Briggs began his career at The Related Companies in New York City.

Initially in sales and asset management, Briggs went on to oversee business development at both the corporate and brokerage level for over 7,000 luxury units for Related.

Managing business development, Briggs put a strong emphasis on brokerage relationships and the client experience by implementing new benefit programs, training and strategic corporate partnerships.

Following Related, Briggs went on to become a Managing Partner of OPTIMAR International, successfully establishing and growing the Northeast business for the South Florida based commercial investment and residential brokerage.

With a proven track record in real estate, finance and fostering strategic alliances, Briggs co-founded RLTYco in 2021.

As CEO, he continues to drive innovation and growth within the company, dedicated to serving real estate professionals, brokerages and developers seeking end to end financial services, support, healthcare and bottom line growth.

Daniel Kennedy

Co-Founder and President

As President & Co-Founder of RLTYco, Daniel leads the company forward, driven by a commitment to excellence and to offering a more holistic approach to empowering real estate professionals seeking growth, financial enhancement, and success in their business. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into the company’s myriad of real estate and finance counsel operations.

As managing partner of Kennedy Luce LLC, a law firm in Connecticut, he has advised diverse clientele on matters spanning residential and commercial real estate transactions, startup ventures as well as broader legal issues. Daniel’s proficiency extends to complex real estate transactions and property tax litigation, honed early in his career working at a law firm in San Francisco, California.

He has appeared on camera and in print as a legal expert for multiple media outlets and has provided outside general counsel services to numerous privately held firms and startup companies.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and his juris doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was an academic scholarship recipient. Daniel is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Illinois.

Marcelo Lavanhini
CFO
Marcelo Lavanhini leads RLTYco’s finance team and brings over 16 years of experience in startups, large corporations, and countries. His expertise encompasses financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, accounting, and financial processes. Marcelo holds an MBA from FIA Business School and Vanderbilt University, a BSc in Accounting and a Corporate Finance certificate from Columbia Business School.
Katie Klein
Head of Business Development, SVP
Katie Klein is an experienced professional and leverages her background in investor relations and project management to lead RLTYco’s operations team. Previously, Katie held positions at investment management firms where she gained experience in multiple disciplines including marketing, client relations, business development and operational excellence. She holds her Series 7 and Series 63 certifications and a bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University.
Eric Zollinger
Head of Sales, SVP
Known for his enthusiasm and passion, Eric Zollinger brings 25 years and $2B+ of sales and marketing experience in Manhattan luxury residential real estate in addition to working in the Chicago and Texas luxury markets.

Throughout his career he has worked with Real Estate icons Barbara Corcoran, Louise Sunshine, Susan deFranca, and impactful new developments One Madison, Superior Ink, Caledonia, Claredon Back Bay, Cirrus, Crimson, Astor Place: Sculpture for Living, and 520W28th.

Eric served on the Board of Trustees for Millikin University where in 2020 they opened a new state of the art $29 million Center for Theatre and Dance. He is also an avid cyclist participating in charity ride of ALC in California and Cycle for the Cause on the East Coast part of Team Funky Monkey.

Jonathan Geller
Principal
Jonathan Geller is a leader in digital marketing, renowned for his expertise in consumer technology. He is the founder of BGR, one of the world’s largest technology news platforms. Jonathan has driven billions of clicks and generated over $2 billion in sales for brands, earning him a spot on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

His insights and expertise are frequently sought after, leading to features, profiles and media appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox News, TechCrunch, and more.

Stuart Orfuss
Client Relations, SVP
Stuart is an experienced real estate professional with over 10 years of industry experience. Working at both new and well-established brokerages in NYC, Stuart’s knowledge extends across residential and commercial transactions, with a specialty towards Co-Op sales. Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Lynchburg and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.
Paige Waymire
Client Relations, Associate
Paige brings a wealth of experience to RLTYco, spanning real estate, business administration and client relations. Throughout her professional career, Paige has built a strong foundation of skills and knowledge that she carries over to the business development team.
Aidan Dwyer
Marketing, Associate
Aidan Dwyer joins the RLTY Team with a background in marketing, technology and project management. Prior to joining RLTY, Aidan managed over $30 Million in industrial real estate design and enhancement projects. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Devin Lynch
Associate
Devin is a real estate and technology professional with over a decade of experience across residential transactions and brokerage operations. Throughout his professional career, Devin has helped drive sales and increase transaction volume through consulting and sales positions in addition to the design and implementation of consumer facing proptech. Devin holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.
Sydney Simon
Operations, Associate
Sydney brings a diverse range of experience to RLTYco, with a strong background in human resources, operations, and event planning. Her career has honed her ability to provide essential support, driven by her passion for helping others and enhancing efficiency. Sydney holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
Ryan Serhant
Ambassador
Ryan Serhant is a real estate broker, CEO, and founder of SERHANT., a vertically-integrated mega brokerage comprising an in-house film studio, education arm, marketing division, and technology platform. He’s also a bestselling author, producer, and star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York and Sell It Like Serhant.
